This ensures maximum internalisation of the skills. No situation is too difficult for us, as we have provided training across nearly all types industries and services in the country for nearly 34 years, resulting in thousands of sales people enabled with the necessary sales skills to achieve their targets and beyond. Our vision is to continue to be the preferred sales skills and motivational training organisation in South Africa and beyond, and we are confident that the next 30 years will be even more successful than the last.

Cedric Glynn

Cedric’s vast experience in senior management in the corporate environment, both locally and internationally brings a wealth of hands on knowledge and experience that relates in the classroom environment into practical and up to date skills. Being involved in delivering training competencies for over 12 years and being a registered SETA assessor and moderator ensures the training methodologies used are in line with modern training requirements. All workshops are practical in nature and demand full and total involvement by all delegates.

Hugh Cumming

Established by the late Hugh Cumming in February 1982, Sales Impact has since its inception, successfully trained thousands of people across every business sector, throughout Southern Africa. Founder and principle trainer, Hugh had exceptional training abilities, involving all delegates in the process through his enthusiastic and positive delivery.

His dynamic personality and vivacious presentation, projected the deep commitment he felt towards his subject and resulted in him being a sought after motivational speaker for business and sales conferences. Hugh developed his own modules that are customised for each training group and constantly revised in order to maintain Sales Impact’s reputation, commitment to excellence, and high standards.

Sadly in October of 2014, founder and principal trainer of Sales Impact, Hugh Cumming, passed away. He will always be remembered as one of the pioneers of dynamic, interactive sales and motivational training in Southern Africa. He was an inspiration to all who knew him whether personally or professionally. Hugh’s legacy continues to live on, and our principal trainer Cedric Glynn continues to deliver high quality customised sales training solutions with the same spirit and enthusiasm, designed to add value to your business.
