Customer service workshop and training

Today in South Africa Customer Service is an elusive and often nonexistent element in the dealings with customers. When all other product or service offerings are equal in presentation, it is the ‘How you made me feel…’ as a customer, that often is the deciding factor of whether the customer accepts the offering & returns. This can be the start of a lifelong business relationship & the makings of a loyal customer.
